ASICS UK Ltd Terms & Conditions for the Inner Muscle competition

1. By entering into this promotion you agree to be bound by the rules of the promotion and all the provisions of this Section (1) that do not conflict with said rules. You also confirm that all decisions by ASICS UK Ltd regarding the promotion (including who may be selected to participate) shall be binding upon you, and will not be contested. ASICS UK reserve the right to exclude any of the participants in a promotion and to disqualify entries as thought fit.

2. All awarded places are non-transferable and no cash or credit alternatives will be offered. ASICS UK Ltd may (in its sole discretion) substitute any named awarded place with awards of a similar value. All promotion entries must be received by the deadline for the promotion, and all late or incomplete entries will be disqualified. On acceptance of your awarded entry you grant ASICS UK Ltd the right to use your name and to take pictures of you for advertising and promotional purposes.

3. In completing the application you confirm to ASICS UK that details you submit in relation to any promotion shall not infringe any intellectual property or other rights of any other person or give rise to any legal proceedings.

4. You confirm that ASICS UK may pass your name and address to anyone that we may use to deliver any awards/prizes to you, and you acknowledge that we may use other people to perform any fulfillment services relating to a promotion.

5. ASICS UK shall notify each  promotion winner by mail/email.
Becoming a promotion winner is conditional upon the entrant receiving and responding to said mail/email within the specified time period and the entrant may also be required to complete legal documentation. If any mail/emails from ASICS UK are returned undelivered the entrant in question shall be disqualified. We will provide interested parties with the names of promotion winners if you send an email to info@asics.co.uk specifying the promotion that you are interested in.

6. If you are an accepted winner of any promotion you shall receive the prize "as is" and at your own risk, and it shall be your responsibility to ensure that you satisfy all the legal and regulatory requirements regarding its delivery or collection (as the case may be) and its use. You shall be liable for all taxes and duties, insurance costs and other expenses associated with claiming the prize that do not form part of the prize description.

7. ASICS UK reserve the right to impose age and other eligibility requirements in relation to any promotion, and promotions are not open to the employees and immediate families of ASICS UK Limited or any sponsors of the promotion, or to the employees and immediate families of the affiliated companies and subsidiaries of ASICS Corporation, those sponsors, or retailer offering said competition in their outlets.

8. ASICS UK do not accept responsibility for any promotion entries or notifications that are lost or delayed for any reason, or for any communications that we send you that result in damage or loss resulting from viruses, bugs  or other causes.
